OWNER: I'd
have to say that one
of my
favorite touches about the cabin is the stonework. Both interior
and
exterior. My only hope is that the buyer of this cabin
appreciates the
level of detail and workmanship that went into the home. I know
they
will love it!

1100' DRIVEWAY TAKES YOU FAR FROM THE ROAD
OWNER: I
couldn't
envision a more perfect spot
on the property for the cabin. I had traveled the 2
hours
from Northern Virginia about 6-8 times before settling on a building
site.
The
funny thing is that the site where the house is located now is not
the
original spot I had picked out. As you drive up the first hill on
the
driveway, you'll notice the original clearing. My gut told
me that the
first spot wasn't right. I decided to go further back on the
property
and found the perfect spot on the ridge. My wife and I
love the way
the cabin is situated on the site.

OWNER:
It's
hard to imagine how much thought and research went into designing this
cabin. From the large entertaining kitchen to the first floor
master
bedroom--it has everything we wanted. I even walked around
with the
electrician to point out exactly where we wanted light switches and
lighting! I was totally hands on.

OWNER:
We look forward to our
morning
coffee on the screened in porch while watching the sunrise over
the
mountains in the east. At the end of the day we were able to bbq
on
the back deck and watch the sunset in the west. There is nothing
like
seeing that sun come up or go down over the mountains. It is
truly
magical.
