Note: There is a real shortage of nice, properly-priced homes on the market. If you have a FIRST CLASS Mountain,  Waterfront, or Log Home to sell, now's a great time to do it, while so much of the market is sitting idle. Properly-priced homes have buyers waiting every day.
I sometimes have a good number of mountain lots available in top-notch communities, PLUS, good builders who can build for you. If you don't see the lot you want, ask... there may be more. I often have several properties that don't yet have their own web pages.  I do show these new listings to folks who ask for such properties. A good number of properties have sold before I could make a web page for them.  Keep watching the site or email me today! CW
